Successful Saturday

Ok seriously son? 6:30...wide awake, therefore myself and husband wide awake. Super uber tired. John does an early morning Tim's run and I feed Noah some breakie and he lays down for 30 min, as do I and my cat Bella (bad me for this being the first mention of her..LOVE her) John wakes us all up with his return with Tims. Yummmm just what I needed.

There is an afternoon Canucks game so my boys are watching the game and I am off for a little teeny weeny me time. Check out Once Upon a child (for a used high chair for Grandma) and realize they are overpriced for a used place. But do score a very cute pair of Mini Robeez.

Make my way over to Market Mall, Gap has gorgeous gum boots for boys, skulls!! LOVE them so so much...but I had to pass them up cause I already got the shoes and eh hum..an adorable golf shirt with skulls and cross bones on them.

Made my way to Old Navy for a cute casual shirt and was thinking of starting to pick up some of the True Blood series for John as a Valentines gift cause he loves fantasy style novels and I have heard some good things about it...but went with Lingerie instead, very cute too!! :) Reading schmeading right?....lol.

Noah went through bed routine twice today...missed his afternoon nap and was running on fumes I guess. John passed him to me just in time for him to puke on me, not himself at all, just me. Lovely. Then we attempted to put him to bed and nope, so he decided he needed a snack (for real- smacking his pouty lips)..and so we had a snack together and he went to bed, great the second time.

Right now, having a tea and relaxing, I'm good with that.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I was soo extra tired today (not all Noah's fault) because I decided to finish my book, The lovely Bones. I heard alot of great things but to be honest, I thought it was just ok..kinda forced myself to finish it. But I just finished Twilight Saga so.....no comparison. I hold a special part in my heart for the twilight books. Next Book- Dear John...LOVED the Notebook (hence Noah) and it's the same Author so expecting good things.

One last note. My husband finally replaced the light bulb in the favorite lamp :) Thank you John, thank you. :) Ok wait a minute...I know HOW to change a lightbulb...this lamp (as show in the last photo) is tall and tricky and you need long arms. (Ahhhh ok , mind at ease and feel better about that now).
Carry on now.

A peek at tomorrow....

-Laundry
-Making Noah's weekly food (new things at 8 months, very exciting)
Things like that....I know, you are biting your nails in anticipation...
